RiverReach Construction is a service-oriented, quality driven construction firm dedicated to environmental stream and wetland restoration projects. The co-owners of RiverReach construction are Greg Guello and Shannon Carneal. Mr. Guello has 30 years of general construction experience and is responsible for project management and onsite construction operations. Mr. Carneal has 18 years of construction management experience and is responsible for project development, contracting and oversight. RiverReach Construction has 10 full-time employees (nine professional and one support staff) who believe in quality and detail.

As a Summit County-based firm, RiverReach Construction has the local knowledge and contacts to find creative and cost-effective avenues for every type of project when necessary. In addition to restoration construction, the company and its employees have a wide range of past experiences in landscaping, general excavation, and demolition. RiverReach Construction provides a valuable asset to the RiverWorks Team, especially in regard to construction feasibility and cost estimating from the initial site visit through the design process.
