Originally established by Frank Castellana and his wife Marie Castellana, Frank's Restaurant first opened its doors in 1970 on Highway 36 in Covington beside Frank’s One Stop. After a devastating fire in 1973, the restaurant was relocated to its current site on Highway 212. Over the years, it has undergone substantial growth and expansion, evolving into the largest restaurant in the City of Covington.
