Welcome!

My name is Gabriella Cuaderes (she/her) and my business is A Safe Space to Heal. I provide in-person mental health services in the northeast heights of Albuquerque which include:

• Training on sensitive topics (such as sexual abuse, relationship abuse/healthy relationships, and inter-generational trauma)
• Consultation (on working with neurodivergent individuals, highly sensitive people,e and multi-ethnic folks)
• Therapy (for individuals, groups, and families) I am certified in EMDR which is aimed at supporting people with a trauma history.

I believe in the power of generational strength, wisdom, and guidance. I am passionate about working towards healing the wounds of inter-generational trauma caused by racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, and colonial exploitation.

I am anti-colonial, and anti-racist and am an ally to the undocumented community.
