Established in 2006, Titan Brands Hospitality Group was co-founded in Las Vegas by Scott A. Frost and Jeff Marks, with a focus on providing premier destination and entertainment experiences for groups of all sizes and budgets. Originally starting as a nightlife group, the company quickly expanded its offerings after a fateful night in Mexico, which led to the acquisition of Hussong’s Cantina, where the iconic margarita was invented.

Since opening Hussong’s Cantina in Mandalay Bay in 2010, Titan Brands shifted its focus to full-service restaurants, leading to the creation of Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen in 2013. This new concept offered handmade NY-style pizza, fresh Italian dishes, craft beer and wine selections, and a full bar. In an effort to provide better alternatives for non-meat eaters, Titan Brands also launched Vinny’s Vegan Kitchen in 2012, offering vegan options on all menus.

In 2015, Titan Brands expanded outside of the Strip with a second location of Hussong’s Cantina in Summerlin's Boca Park Fashion Village. The brand has continued to grow with plans for additional locations in the Las Vegas area.

The company has also been involved in designing, developing, and operating multiple restaurants and nightlife venues not only in Nevada but also in Arizona and New York. One such addition is the Grand Marquee Room located at the Shoppes at Mandalay Place - a unique event space equipped with state-of-the-art technology capable of hosting up to 250 guests for reception-style gatherings or up to 125 people for seated affairs.
