About Children's Legacy Ministries
Children's Legacy Ministries provides perpetual scholarships in Sierra Leone, West Africa that are empowering people to break the cycle of poverty through education. We transform lives, build stronger communities, and create future leaders who will shape a brighter future for their nation. Through our KP Heritage Farms, we also equip farmers and pastors with sustainable agricultural practices to ensure food security for their families.
We do not discriminate against our students regardless of age or religious affiliation and we will consider their application for colleges, technical schools, and training opportunities.
Children’s Legacy Ministries (CLM) began out of the need to sustain the scholarship program begun by Lynn and Dr. Paul G. Paquin. They established CLM to ensure the scholarship program continues in perpetuity.
CLM became a non-profit in Arizona in January 2025 and obtained 501(c)(3) status from the U.S. government. Lynn and Paul then opened a checking account at Chase Bank for the Ministry.
Pastor Ben Margai is our newest Board of Directors member. He is the National Ministry Director for The Light of the World Ministry-Sierra Leone. Pastor Ben will be the liaison for CLM in Sierra Leone.
