About Milestone Neurodevelopment Center

Milestone Neurodevelopment Center was founded to provide families affected by ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities with the specialized care and support they need. Unlike traditional clinics, we bring together a collaborative team of experienced providers who understand the unique challenges these conditions create at home, in school, and in everyday life. Our mission is to offer meaningful, evidence-based services that not only address immediate concerns but also equip families with lasting tools to help their children thrive.

Led by Clinic Director Greg Miles, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist with nearly two decades of expertise in neurodevelopmental assessment and treatment, our team combines clinical knowledge with personal experience. Alongside Dr. Miles, Nicole Miles, MS, provides advocacy and parent coaching informed by her background in special education and as a parent of children with ADHD+, while Counselor Brittany Frisbie brings a compassionate, creative approach to supporting families through her diverse professional and personal experiences. Together, we are committed to creating a trusted place where families can find comprehensive care, guidance, and hope for the future.
