About ZConnect

ZConnect was born out of a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives while connecting talented professionals with businesses that value their skills. After moving from San Diego to Quito, Ecuador in 2021, we quickly realized the immense potential of underutilized talent across Latin America. Inspired by the drive and dedication of English-speaking professionals eager to contribute, we created ZConnect to bridge the gap between U.S. businesses and skilled remote team members. Based in Vernal, Utah, our company combines personal experience with a passion for meaningful connections to deliver reliable, motivated talent that helps businesses thrive.

Beyond connecting businesses with exceptional professionals, ZConnect is committed to making a positive impact in the communities we touch. Through our nonprofit, Kovê International, we organize service projects and support the Good Samaritan Fund, helping individuals transition from difficult circumstances to stability and hope. Our work extends to helping missionary families send packages and providing opportunities for investors to support sustainable farms in Latin America.
