About Park County Fair

Join us at the 97th Annual Park County Fair. The fair is held the third weekend of every July in Fairplay, Colorado.

The fair celebrates the accomplishments of our local 4-H youth through shows, displays and our junior livestock auction, and showcases community talent through the open divisions.The Park County Fair strives to be an all-encompassing family event. Our fair continues to grow and we are attracting more visitors and contestants with added contest classes, entertainment, it will once again include carnival rides and games, rodeos, free concerts, beer garden, arts & crafts vendors, food vendors, and much more. We had over 4500 people come through the fair this past summer and we expect more in 2017. Our Junior Livestock Auction had its highest attendance and sales ever. This year we are introducing market yaks into our 4-H program and we are the first in the country to have a 4-H yak program. We are making history this year.
