Our founder, Robert “Joey” Hamilton III, holds a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and advanced his education with both an MBA in Business Strategy and an MS in Organizational Change Management from the University of Colorado. His career spans large corporations, agile startups, consulting firms, and government entities-giving RJHC a unique breadth of insight into organizational dynamics, financial rigor, project delivery and strategic transformation.

Founded in September 2010, RJHC was created to fill a critical gap for consulting firms: supplying expert resources and bandwidth when clients’ commitments demanded more than internal teams could deliver.
