Hey everyone! We’re the family behind MT Taqueria 🚚✨

Business partners Julio and Javi along side their wives, Lupita and Lex, have been in the food service industry with a combined experience of 25+ years. Their dream has always been to own a restaurant.

From their careers to cooking for our family get togethers has now turned into something much bigger: a food truck filled with tacos, queso-birrias, and a whole lot of love. ❤️

We wanted to create more than just a place to grab a bite—we want MT Taqueria to feel like home on wheels, where every taco tells a story and every customer feels like family.
