Weimar Tavern & Coffee Cup Café continues the legacy of Weimar’s original local Ice House, preserving more than six decades of small-town character while welcoming a new era under 2025 ownership. The space retains its historic charm with an original bar and mirror over a century old and long-leaf pine floors that have supported generations of neighbors, friends, and travelers. As new owners, our goal is to honor the timeless spirit of Weimar, Texas, by nurturing a warm, hometown atmosphere where good drinks, good food, and good company naturally come together.

Blending tradition with comfort, we offer beer, wine, sodas, snacks, and hot pizza, along with a relaxed setting featuring pool tables, live music, and karaoke scheduled throughout the month.
