About Desert Shores Community Association

The Desert Shores Community Association (DSCA) is a private homeowners association consisting of 3,351 units in a master planned community, located within the city limits of Las Vegas. The Association has been in existence since 1988 as a mutual-benefit, non-profit corporation. This community was developed by RA Homes and has been under total homeowner control since November 1992.

Income is derived from monthly assessments, which are mandatory upon ownership of property within the community. Desert Shores property owners are members of the Desert Shores Community Association. Our annual budget is approximately 2.3 million dollars.
