Lowry Doors has grown from a humble workshop into Utah’s longest-standing garage door company, built on integrity, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to customer care. What began in 1950 with founder Rulon Lowry crafting doors from wood, bed frames, and box-spring ingenuity soon evolved into a thriving family business rooted in innovation. As the company expanded, Rulon’s son, Lynn, carried the vision forward-introducing improved materials, sourcing modern components, and establishing the current Orem facility in 1970. His dedication to selecting team members who embodied the same values set the tone for decades of exceptional service, including the leadership of longtime team member and current COO, Scott Boulter.
