Alliance Theatre

About Alliance Theatre

The Alliance Theatre is Atlanta’s national theater, dedicated to expanding hearts and minds both on stage and off. It offers a diverse range of theatrical productions, including world premieres, blockbuster musicals, and heartwarming shows for youth and families, with a special Bernhardt Theatre for the Very Young season designed for audiences from newborn through 5 years old.

Beyond performances, the Alliance Theatre enhances the audience experience with pre-show talks, post-show conversations, hands-on workshops, and themed events, with options for exclusive add-ons like group experiences and backstage tours. As a leader in arts education in Atlanta, the theatre provides year-round programs for all ages, from toddlers to professional actors, fostering excellence, imagination, and inclusion. It also supports new voices and artistic development through programs like Kendeda, Reiser, and the Collision Project, and operates as a nonprofit arts organization sustained by individual donors who contribute to its mission of powerful storytelling and arts education.
