Advancing innovative packaging to enhance the human experience is more than just our Purpose Statement. It is our driving passion to make people's lives better through the food packaging they use in their daily lives. This passion started over 50 years ago with our first manufacturing facility in Middletown, NY. Since that time, we have grown to 20 locations across North America. We work hard to be good neighbors in the communities we operate in and love our team members who consider Genpak a part of their family.

Our manufacturing facilities are best in class and are all SQF certified. Safety is our number one goal. Our team members are our most valuable asset and we take every precaution to ensure their safety. Each manufacturing team member participates in safety training classes prior to joining and in some cases, depending on the type of work being done, are certified for their function. Monthly safety training on such topics as personal protection equipment (PPE) and lockout tag out (LOTO) is mandatory as well as ongoing training on safe operating procedures within our facilities.
