Millie’s Pizzeria is a classic Italian-American family restaurant and wine bar, created through a collaboration between Luis Mendez and Benton Bourgeois. The restaurant offers a menu featuring simple pizzas, meatballs in red sauce, cacio e pepe, a charcuterie program, salads, and kids’ offerings. Guests can also enjoy a rotation of special yet approachable wines at everyday price points. Millie's provides dine-in, take-out, and delivery options during nightly dinner service and weekend brunch/lunch.

The inspiration for the restaurant comes from classic multi-generational heritage restaurants, affectionately known as “red sauce joints.” The design, envisioned by Bell+Butler, draws from inviting mid-century Italian cafes, paying homage to a storyline of a grandmother immigrating from Italy and opening a family restaurant in Georgia. The establishment aims to make every meal memorable, crafting hand-tossed pizzas and freshly made pastas with the finest ingredients, offering authentic Italian comfort.
