About Pottawatomie Go (Pogo)

A county-wide movement in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, with the goal of making it the healthiest county in Oklahoma. Working alongside 40 diverse partner organizations, Pogo actively shapes a future where healthy living is effortless and every resident can thrive. The organization's initiatives aim to improve health and wellbeing in measurable ways, identified and tracked through an ongoing cycle of Community Health Needs Assessment followed by an improvement plan.

Key areas of focus include promoting active lifestyles and social connection, increasing nutrition education and access to fruits and vegetables, enhancing the built environment for physical activity and quality of life, and fostering mental well-being through community connections.
