About Jacque Austin Photography and Graphic Design

My photography experience started when I was about 8 years old when I received my very own camera for Christmas and it went everywhere with me. When I was 10 my dad gifted me with his cool 35mm "grown-up" camera, and I was in heaven! I was most happy when I was shooting, and today that still holds true. I quickly realized that I had an incredible passion to capture the beauty in every form. I see a story every time I look through my lens. I see things below the surface, and I want you to see those things too. Psalm 139:14 says ..."we are fearfully and wonderfully made" by God, and I believe that with my whole heart.

I have been shooting professionally for 20+ years and received my BS in Graphic Design in 1994. I completed my graduate work at the New York Institute of Photography, and in 2007 I launched Jacque Austin Photography. I have two beautiful boys and an amazing husband who is my right-hand man as team Wedding photographers. We live in Morton, Illinois which is a great central location for traveling.
