It was Cedar Citys unique lifestyle and culture that persuaded Jeff and Shelly to start their sign business in the close-knit community. In 1996, the humble beginnings of Rainbow Sign and Design took place. The couple worked out of a basement at odd hours, between day jobs and a budding family. Their hard work and positive attitudes paid off and led to opportunities within the community. After the work became more than the two could handle, Rainbow Sign took its second step as a small business by providing jobs to Cedar City residents.
