About Active Wellness LLC
Active Wellness LLC provides occupational therapy, specializing in hand and arm treatment. Our therapist connects with other providers as part of your healthcare team. Our therapist evaluates the hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder to develop a custom plan for your concerns and goals. Common referrals are for arthritis, fractures, hand or arm numbness or tingling (carpal tunnel syndrome), swelling, and pain or weakness in the hand and arm.
Established in July 2019, Active Wellness LLC provides occupational therapy specializing in integrative health and rehabilitation. Patient-centered care is our primary focus, yet our treatment is coordinated with all medical providers to achieve your goals. The office is one block from the Corvallis downtown bus transit center; the bus system is free within the city of Corvallis.
