About Volusia Community Arts, Inc.

Volusia Community Arts is a volunteer arts group serving Volusia County, FL. Recognizing the need for growth and opportunities in the Arts in Volusia County, Volusia Community Arts (VCA) is a non-profit Arts organization established out of a desire to facilitate that growth.
