Jim’s Mobile Offices was founded by Jim Helleny in 1986 as a company to provide construction trailers, mobile offices, and storage containers to the construction industry. Early on in the business, Jim learned this simple truth – the best business plan is this:

Along the way, Jim expanded the business to provide relocatable buildings as classrooms for schools throughout the Midwest as well as permanent modular buildings for commercial applications. Over the years, JMO has provided modular space solutions to construction companies, schools, colleges, churches, hospitals, doctors, hotels, banks, golf courses, automobile dealers, and many other businesses, as well as households. We have a large, specialized container fleet to assist with any job site or residential storage issue.
