Intermountain Healthcare conducted its 2016 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for 22 hospitals in Utah and southeast Idaho. The significant health priority is:
Prevention of prediabetes, high blood pressure, depression, and prescription opioid misuse.

Implementation plans address how each of the hospitals will address the need over the next several years.
