Far Far Away was founded by Jim and Mavrey Uptegrove in 2011. With a little bit of TLC, Jim and Mave turned a once-neglected property into a secluded, rustic, and scenic venue.
Far Far Away offers a variety of options for any special occasion. Say your vows in an actual pasture, followed by dinner outside or in the barn, and enjoy birthday parties and celebrations in various parts of the property.
We invite you to experience our venue in the Susanville, California countryside surrounded by mountain views, farmland, and barns that is so close to town but feels like you are Far, Far Away.
