About Transition 2 Hope (T 2 Hope)

Perry County Transition 2 Hope knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. In 2020, our community realized that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Perry County Transition 2 Hope. This non-profit organization has the idea to help our community with a resource center and eventually transitional housing. Our mission is to give hope and improve the lives of individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing sanctuary, support, education, tools, and resources� that empower them to improve the quality of their lives on every level, achieve greater self-sufficiency, and build safe, secure lives.
