About Brander Sleep Wellness

Brander Sleep Wellness specializes in oral appliance therapy and dental sleep medicine. Lonn Brander, DDS has been practicing dentistry, including oral appliance therapy, for 25 years in DeKalb, Illinois. In 2012, he began focusing on dental sleep medicine. In January 2014, he opened Brander Sleep Wellness, dedicating the practice to the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Dental sleep medicine is the management of sleep-related breathing disorders, such as snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, using oral appliance therapy. Oral appliance therapy is now indicated for patients with mild to moderate sleep-related breathing disorders, as well as, those who are CPAP intolerant or elect not to use CPAP.
