Equipped with some of the finest diagnostic equipment, as well as a state-of-the-art electronic medical records system. Patients have access to complete medical care centralized in one location, including clinical provider specializing in internal and family medicine, on-site Urgent Care Center, laboratory, X-ray, High Desert Plaza pharmacy, infusion center, multi-specialty departments, and medical programs. In addition, HDMG’s (IPA) is a group of physicians located throughout the Antelope Valley. The IPA physicians remain affiliated with HDMG while practicing in their own private offices. Patients of the IPA may utilize the full range of services, programs and specialists at the main facility in Lancaster including the Urgent Care Center.

This facility serves the residents of East Palmdale and surrounding areas, focusing on internal and family medicine. In addition to state-of-the-art equipment and medical records systems, Heritage Health Care has a full-service laboratory, X-ray and ultrasound on-site. This facility is also staffed with bilingual providers and clinicians. Members have full access to services offered by High Desert Medical Group in Lancaster, including the Urgent Care Center.
Preventative care is the group's priority, and as such, they made access to care one of its non- negotiables: HDMG continues to increase accessibility by enhancing access to urgent care services by implementing a "Fast Track" for minor conditions, such as colds, allergies, and minor abrasions. HDMG also offers a 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line (800-424-2272) that provides remote convenience for members to call in with their health questions

HDMG also offers additional programs and wellness incentives. Additionally, for the convenience of seniors, HDMG has enhanced its hospitality service with curbside assistance, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
High Desert Medical Group enriches senior lifestyles with their "Empowered for Life" program that incorporates fitness classes, daily creative activities, social interaction and events, to improve senior health. HDMG strongly believes that the key to health includes taking care of overall well-being; the program is designed to support medical visits, annual screenings and
medication therapies. HDMG offers the Empowered for Life program free of charge exclusively to all Medicare Advantage members.
Since HDMG envisions a more compassionate patient experience, they offer additional programs with an emphasis on patient-centered health education, specialized disease management support, and individualized pharmacist assistance.
