During the bustling summer season, enjoy a Saturday-to-Saturday rental schedule, with the flexibility for shorter stays during the shoulder seasons with a three-night minimum. Holidays may be subject to higher rates. Our policies prioritize your comfort, providing linens and initial paper products, while check-in is at 3:30 pm and check-out at 10:00 am. The property accommodates a maximum of 10 people, and no gatherings exceeding this limit are allowed. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance permission and a $200 pet fee. Internet access is provided by Starlink, and although reliable, it is not guaranteed, and there is no landline phone on the premises. For security, exterior cameras are installed, with no cameras inside the home, and The Beach House maintains a strict non-smoking policy, ensuring a pleasant and pristine atmosphere for all guests.
