1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program
The Harford County Public Library Foundation's 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program in Belcamp, Maryland, encourages families to read 1,000 books with their child before kindergarten, fostering vocabulary growth and lifelong reading habits.
