The Columbia-Willamette Workforce Collaborative (CWWC) is a team made up of three workforce development boards in the Portland-Vancouver Metropolitan area: Workforce Southwest Washington, Clackamas Workforce Partnership, and Worksystems. They work together to support local industries, boost the economy, and direct public workforce funding in the region.
CWWC partners with different industries to identify and solve problems that prevent the growth and maintenance of a skilled workforce in Manufacturing, Construction, Early Care & Education, and Healthcare. With the help of local companies, they have set three goals to improve the manufacturing workforce in the area.
