DUI Classes and Programs

In 2020, alcohol-related accidents accounted for 21% of all fatal car crashes in Illinois, highlighting the critical need for effective DUI (Driving Under the Influence) prevention measures. Despite widespread awareness campaigns, some individuals continue to drive under the influence of alcohol or substances, endangering themselves and others on the road. Those apprehended for DUI or DWI (Driving While Impaired) often face legal repercussions, including mandatory participation in DUI classes as part of their sentencing. These classes serve not only as a means of fulfilling legal requirements but also as an opportunity for individuals to gain valuable knowledge and insights into the dangers of impaired driving. Additionally, a DUI conviction may have long-term consequences, impacting both the individual's criminal record and their Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) profile.
