Physical Fitness Training


Physical fitness is a cornerstone of military service, and the UND Air Force ROTC program ensures that cadets are prepared to meet the physical demands of Air Force duties. With scheduled fitness assessments and regular training sessions, cadets build strength, endurance, and resilience. These workouts also foster discipline and mental toughness, preparing cadets to excel physically in both ROTC and future Air Force environments.
