The Avon and North Ridgeville branches of the Lorain Public Library System accept passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State by appointment. The Avon branch, located at 37485 Harvest Drive in Avon, OH (440-934-4743), offers appointments Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The North Ridgeville branch, at 35700 Bainbridge Road in North Ridgeville, OH (440-327-8326), follows the same schedule, with appointments available Monday through Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
