With our members reporting more and more workforce shortages, AGC of Utah has felt the pressure to help promote construction as a career. Almost weekly, we speak to middle school, high school, and college students as well as veterans, refugees, and re-entry members to show the infinite possibilities construction holds. We know that the younger generations hold the key to our future success.
