Clients with confirmed or suspected substance use problems who live in Armstrong, Indiana, or Clarion County can call one of the numbers listed below. The caller should be prepared to answer questions regarding their substance use problem in a short screening to determine if an assessment is needed. An assessment will determine the recommended Level of Care for treatment. Referral to an appropriate treatment facility is coordinated by a Case Manager to assist the individual in starting treatment.
