Our first priority is the health and safety of the pets feeding foods we produce. Safety isnt just a buzzword; it is part of our culture. Safety starts the moment team members enter our plant, the methods and processes we follow to manufacture products. In addition to our food safety and quality programs, Breeders Choice is highly focused on employee safety. To achieve this, we train on more than 50 different topics ranging from Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) to ergonomics. We focus on Behavior-Based Safety to realize our safety goals. We have 16 trained emergency responders on site that are trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED application. Having this safety mindset allows us to work both safe efficiently.
