Family Resource Center currently offers two lively, evidence-based programs to teach youth about making healthy life decisions. They are both proven effective in reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections, HIV/AIDS, and teen pregnancy.
These programs incorporate medically accurate information along with crucial knowledge on identifying and handling social pressures. Youth learn about reproductive health, puberty, hygiene, personal responsibility, independence, communication, avoiding risky behaviors, respect for self and others, building knowledge and confidence, and more!
