A childs health status directly affects his/her productivity and success in childcare. Healthy children learn and socialize better. The following concerns are indicators of a need to send a child home or for a child to be kept home.

Discipline Policy

Praise and positive reinforcement are effective methods of behavior management for children. When children receive positive, nonviolent, and understanding interactions from adults and others, they develop good self-concepts, problem-solving abilities, and self-discipline.
