PASSIONATE LEADER with over 25 years of being in the arena of leadership. I have experienced and learned from the triumphs of success and the desolate feelings that accompany failure picking up the pieces; learning from it and moving on to the next success. I have a passion for leadership and serving others as they reach for their leadership promise. I have extensive experience and training in the leadership/management arena. In my pursuit of higher leadership responsibilities, I have performed as a leader, leadership coach, trainer, human relations manager, operations officer, and logistics manager, among other positions of authority. I am enthusiastic about coaching and training colleagues in leadership and team leadership. I have extensive experience in developing and building team cohesion and agreement.

With 31 years of military service and a masters degree in Organizational Leadership, concentrating on coaching and mentoring. My advanced degree and experience give me the ability to help leaders and their teams become a cohesive unit advancing the common good of the organization through coaching, training, mentoring, and consulting.

It is and has been my desire to serve small businesses and organizations to see leaders and their employee teams succeed and thrive. I truly get joyful satisfaction being a part of teams as they learn to come together as a unit, and not just a bunch of workers who come and go with no sense of loyalty.
