Med1Care can provide you or your loved one with in-home medical social services. Our licensed social workers can counsel clients on social and emotional factors, long and short-term financial planning, and provide community resource information. Our goal is to do everything we can first before considering long-term care placement. When long-term care is something to be discussed, it is not pushed onto the client and is 100% their decision. Social workers look into every available resource within the community to keep a patient safely and comfortable in their own home.
