Once youve had a Green Card for five years (or three years if you got your Green Card through marriage to a U.S. Citizen spouse), you may be eligible to apply and become a U.S. Citizen.
If you took any trips outside the U.S. that lasted more than six months or had any criminal history while you were a Green Card holder, you should speak to an attorney before you apply for citizenship to make sure you are eligible.
Attorney Ben Williams can help you determine if you are eligible to become a Citizen. He can prepare and file your applications and help you prepare for the citizenship exam, all for a flat-rate price with payment plan options.
