City Hall is now open for utility payments. However, the public is encouraged to pay utility bills online or using the drop box located outside of City Hall.

The City of Elko serves its residents with municipal sewer, water, and landfill services. The City strives to make the services affordable and convenient for its users. Other private companies provide utilities to the City of Elko residents, such as electricity, propane, natural gas, municipal solid waste disposal, internet connections, and telephone services.
