We align our curriculum with the Utah State Core Curriculum standards. We believe in play! All of the concepts will be taught in a fun and engaging way. Because we believe in play-based learning, we do not believe in pushing children to read until they are ready. We follow Fountas & Pinnell’s phonics program. This program introduces letters, literacy, and phonics. We will teach beginning reading if your child is interested and ready. Book bags will be sent home each week to give your child some exciting new choices when reading each night. Homework will be provided but is not required.
