Regular massage throughout pregnancy offers relief from common discomforts such as low back pain, SI joint pain, neck and shoulder tension, swelling, sciatica, and more. Relaxation and stress relief during pregnancy is also important because your baby feels what you feel. Babies get their first experiences of the world while still in the womb. During pregnancy and labor, they receive information from the mother’s body whether the world is safe and life-supporting. I am deeply passionate about nurturing mothers and supporting the nervous system in the interest of the best outcome for the whole family. I also use my Arvigo training to help with heartburn, constipation, pelvic pain, scar tissue softening, and to center and balance the uterus for optimal positioning.
