Edward Funches is a lifelong businessman and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in relevant positions. He co-founded a record label in the early nineties and founded a successful niche market magazine at a time when being independent was unheard of.

Edward is an excellent communicator who makes every person feel is if they are the only one in the room. Mr. Funches has always been at the forefront of creating opportunities for those with disabilities. Edward believes in operating his customer service-oriented businesses with disabled individuals from within his community.

Inclusion, the company, was born from a tragedy that Mr. Funches endured several decades ago leaving him partially paralyzed from the waist down. Not one to let obstacles hinder him, he decided to look at the glass as half full. In moving on with his life, he had a passion to help others in similar situations which birthed his brand, “Inclusion The Movement.”
