Tumbling


Tumbling teaches floor skills for those beginning and on up in different skill levels. Each student will work at their own pace, but they will be encouraged to push themselves to achieve the goals they set throughout the year. The class helps improve balance, flexibility, and strength through different techniques and stretches that will benefit the student in their tumbling ability. Safety is our top priority, it is crucial to help prevent injuries that may occur. Students who will see the most improvement are; those that are good listeners, and those who have the desire to practice at home the skills learned in class.
