You may be a perfect candidate for a Joint Venture Partnership with FFRD, where we combine your valuable property with our experience and expertise in Real Estate Development to complete a successful project.

We have extensive experience at successfully completing Joint Venture projects. Here’s how it works:

• You submit your land into the partnership at fair market value.
• We collaborate with you on the highest and best use of the property.
• We work with you to develop and finalize the appropriate development strategy.
• We implement the strategy:
• Hire all required consultants to complete the Development Team
• Complete all Land Use and Zoning actions to attain required entitlements
• Lead preparation of all design and construction documents
• Secure project financing to build the project
• Obtain all permits and approvals required to construct the project
• Select General Contractor and negotiate all contracts and terms
• Manage and oversee construction of the project
• Lead all sales and marketing efforts to meet sales and/or leasing objectives established for the project
• Manage all on-going business affairs of the project and the partnership through final disposition of all assets

You, through the performance of the project get compensated for the land you submitted into the partnership, and share in profits throughout the life of the partnership.
