PROGRAM AIDE

Program Aide is the perfect job for those new to the teaching and caregiving field or anyone who prefers being hands-on with clients.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Assistants maintain close relationships with clients while developing their case management and leadership skills.

PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR

Instructors have full responsibility for their program’s curriculum, along with case management and program team coordination.

PROGRAM DRIVER

If you are a caring, reliable, and safe driver, then AIM HIGHER has the perfect vehicle for you. We are seeking Class C drivers and Class B drivers. We are willing to help you get your Class B license. Our transportation unit is located in Sunnyvale and provides door-to-door transportation for our clients at both our Sunnyvale and San Jose programs.
