Completing this form is not a confirmation of your booking. Event requests are sent to our events manager to accept or decline based upon availability. You will be sent a confirmation once we accept the appointment. If we are unavailable, we will call you to reschedule (if possible) or cancel.

0-50 Person Event

1 hour minimum

1 scooper included

51-100 Person Event

1 hour minimum

1 scooper included + 1 additional scooper at $25/hr

Additional scooper billed at conclusion of event with final payment for scoops served

101+ Person Event

2 hour minimum

1 scooper included + minimum 1 additional scooper at $25/hr

Additional scooper billed at conclusion of event with final payment for scoops served

Pricing

$250 - for first hour + cost of all ice cream scooped

$225 - for each additional hour required

$25 - per hour for each additional scooper required (based on event size)

$6 - Single Scoops

$9 - Double Scoops

$1 - per mile rate will be added for events beyond 30-mile from closest store location: Indianola, IA or Ankeny, IA. Travel distance limits will be applied and communicated through as needed.

Event Details

You choose up to 6 flavors for us to show up with and serve at your event.

Bookings will be secured through our General Website: www.outside-scoop.com

The number of hours selected when booking the event will be applied as the deposit for your event.

Deposits will not be refunded, but should a reasonable cancellation be necessary we will help to reschedule your event one time. Note that your event would not be scheduled ahead of other events scheduled on alternative days or times.

All events are Dishes only and NO cones to make sure everyone gets served by our team.

Due to popular demand of our trucks, dates reserved will be on a first come first serve basis.

Event will be secured once approved by manager and deposit is received.
