The Mill Hill Playhouse is owned by the City of Trenton. Therefore, use of the space is free to members of the Trenton Community. However, the equipment in the Playhouse is owned by Passage Theatre and does require upkeep and maintenance. Therefore, there is a small rental fee for using our equipment and staff time. We also, by law, require a certificate of insurance.
